Gratitude challenge: Three Things I'm Grateful For This Year

My warm and sincere greetings to my steemians family, I am happy to write about thing I am grateful for this year.

I will not hesitate to commend @goodybest for bringing up the idea in form of a contest , giving me the chance to tell about the happening in my life that I cherished so much this year.
I am grateful for so many things, but in the course of this writeup I will be sharing only 3.

FIRST: GIFT OF LIFE

I am healthy and living very fine, I have every reason to express gratitude for my life, I have not encounter any life threatening situation since the year begins. I have not had an accident, I am not hospitalised because of bad health, all these are things that make me be up and grateful for my Life. There are many people who are not able to witness today, they died because of hunger, sickness or accident, even because of unforseen happening, but I am alive and healthy for my family, I am so grateful.

SECOND: MY DAUGHTER

God gave me a wonderful and very beautiful and smart little angel this year, circumstances that surrounded my child birth were life threatening, some people who had that same issue lost either their lives or that of their baby, but my daughter came out victorious and gave me reasons to be grateful. That is why we named her VICTORY.
She is and will always be victorious in her endeavours. She is a Good sent and a child who Is eager to live. I am so happy about her .

THIRD: MY CLEARANCE

When we finished our final papers in school two years ago, I was thinking I will do my clearance and go for service in the space of one year, but things didn't turn out that way, my education adviser did not submit our level results on time with reasons best known to her, we had to spend two years at home and people started thinking maybe we were not qualified to graduate, so with God's doing she finally released our results and forwarded it to the senate for approval, by the time senate approves our results and called for clearance I was in the village taking care of my newborn baby, I did not have the opportunity to join my mates in clearance, they all got cleared and went for service, but last two months I started my own clearance and completed it successfully , I got my result and registered for NYSC, I am so happy, it was as if it will not be possible. But it is possible, it is another good reason for me to be happy.

It is good to ponder over things God has done in our lives and be grateful to him, doing this will give us the opportunity to appreciate God and get very close to him.
