Assalamu Alaikum. how are you all I am a fitness lover. We know that lack of fitness leads to illness. I am in the Engagement Teaching Team to participate in 20 competitions. Let's share our fitness and know about the fitness of others. Stay fit and ask others to stay fit.

I was born on 26/12/1995. Currently I am 29 years old.


2.- Weight

My weight is usually around 53-55. Not more than that.


3.- Height

My height is 5 feet 2 inches.


4.- Sex

Femal

6.- Waist measurements

My waist size is 27


7.- Do you suffer from any illness? Which one?

I am completely healthy by the grace of Allah. I have no such disease.


8.- Do you do exercise? How many days per week?

How many minutes per day?

Exercise is an important step in maintaining health. We all need to be health conscious. And should continue to adopt the right method. I don't do any exercise in health care but I wake up early every morning. I pray later. I like the weather in the morning and I take a short walk before sunrise. I like it very much and feel healthy. But if someoneIf you want to exercise to protect your health, then you should exercise 1 day a week. And if one wants to exercise regularly then walk every 30 minutes. And stay in sunlight for 30-40 minutes. But the sunlight will be between 11 am and 3 pm. And have to change their food menu. Avoid junk food and eat green vegetables.


9.- What time does it suit you to exercise?

Exercising in the morning is perfect for me. Not just exercise, I have to eat a balanced diet. As I get older, my body strength starts to decline. Bone calcium deficiency occurs. Different types of diseases in the body begin to build a nest. Wake up every morning and walk. And you can do other exercises if you want. I eat breakfast at 8 am. Menu Wood Nuts, Pistachio Nuts, 11 banana, 1 egg, 2 pieces of bread. 2 pieces of biscuits around 11 am. Around 2 pm 1 plate of rice, along with vegetables, pulses, sometimes gosto. Afternoon tea with biscuits or any other balanced food. But I try to avoid junk food all the time. Eat 1 glass of milk and half a plate of rice at night. But I do all the housework myself. We have no workers. So I don't have to exercise regularly. Hard work is enough. to be fatno chance Exercise is more important to health than exercise.


What do you plan to achieve through this training plan?

I hope to gain knowledge on how to take care of health and keep myself fit through this training plan. Such training is very important to keep yourself healthy and fit. 5' 2'' weight with my height how to keep fit and always try to stay fit with this training to keep myself healthy. I will read everyone's content and how to stay healthywill try I will try to change my daily food habits and eat fruits, roots and green vegetables. I will try to know how to exercise regularly and how many days a week to exercise. Know how many hours to sleep and when to wake up. A learning medium to keep yourself fit.
