Es muy difícil pensar que muchas veces no nos tomamos el tiempo para reflexionar las cosas que hemos hecho o incluso la que vamos a hacer simplemente vivimos el momento y esperamos a que todo termine para luego descansar y relajarnos ese pequeño momento en el que llegamos de un día ajetreado nos hace reflexionar en que estamos haciendo con nuestras vidas Pero eso también conlleva a muchos retos que nos vendrán en un futuro
A veces todo luce Qué es suave y simple Pero eso que se ve básico simple pueden algún momento de repercusión para nuestro futuro ya sea un estrés que se va acumulando poco a poco cuando no buscamos relajarnos.
