Some ramblings of my mind

I am an extremely paradoxical person. In the sense of having very different interests and practices.

Although I can reasonably delve into many of these disciplines, I am always shifting my focus

In the end, unfortunately, that ends up being a disadvantage, as I will never be a true master in any of these arts and I will always remain with limited knowledge and I would even say superficial.

But at least I have learned to accept my way of being and my limitations and I continue to struggle with my weaknesses.

For this, I seek self-knowledge. For me, practicing self-knowledge is the only way to achieve genuine change.

It is a lengthy process. You need to observe yourself for a long time.

The objective in principle should not be to modify anything, just to carefully observe our mechanisms without making judgments of value.

There comes a time when we are already aware of repeating the same habits and routines over and over again, that it becomes unbearable to maintain such patterns, so something breaks and you end up changing.

These changes mean abandoning certain habits that weaken us and to focus on those practices that make us stronger, happier, and full of energy.
