Steem engagement challenge-s7/w5|My way to stay balanced during the time of stress

Before anything else, I would like to greet a great day to all Admin and Moderators of Incredible India Community and as I read the announcement about the newest Steemit Engagement Challenge which is now on its 7th Season and 5th Week, the theme caught up my attention knowing that metal health awareness is very important nowadays.

As we all know that while we were still living in this world, we can't deny that we are experiencing stress in our daily lives but how do I stay balanced in time of stress? Simply be positive always and to make it clear, I will share it here and hopefully everyone will be encouraged too.

  • Be positive as possible as you can. This means that no matter what happen in your life today just be positive and never take all the negative thoughts you received from others and even to your self.

  • Stay Calm and Relax. Be calm and relax when stress came in you as it will help you overcome any unnecessary thought came in your mind. As to my own experience, I do remember when I encountered a stressful stay being calm and relax really help me balanced my situation.

  • Lastly, don't forget to pray and put your trust to God. We all know that God is good all the time and He will never leave us nor forsake us. Always pray to God that He will guide and help you overcome stress and always put your trust in Him alone. For how may times, I encountered stress, God never fails to helped me and guide me for He is my strength and fortress.

I have shared above the ways on how to balanced my self in times of stress but what makes me stress? Simply because we are not exempted to any problems in life as long as we were still living in this world. The three main reason of my stress are listed below.

  • I felt stress when I have something to do but it is hard for me to do that in short period of time. I am very watchful with regards to time and if I have something to do but I can't do it well on time, it definitely triggered my stress.

  • Another incident that makes me stress is when I heared or read inappropriate words against me most especially if it came from someone close to me but turned out he says something wrong about me to someone in secret.

  • Last reason of my stress is when a family problem or to my personal life problem came in my life. If this happened, it is hard for me to recover immediately but I praise and thank God for He never leave me when this happened in my life.

As for my own experience, stress is a major or a serious problem not only for me but for everyone of us as it can cause us for a mental health problems. We should be very vigilant to this problem for it can affect our personalities and even it can damage our of living. Most of the time being very stress can affects our work, our attitude and it can cause also health issues aside from mental health problems.

The above mentioned are my own opinion on how I stay balanced in times of stress and I thank God for it was very helpful for me.

This would be all for my first ever Steemit Engagement Challenge Entry here in Incredible India Community but before anything else, I would also like to introduce myself that is why I will be going to share my Achievement Task 1 that I've shared on Newcomer's Community.

It's so true that stress can affect not only our mental health but also our work, attitude, and physical health. Hmm I 2nd the motion on your combating style against stress. We should all be positive, stay calm and relax once mind, clear thinking how to deal with it and most of all pray that everything will be alright.

Mental illness is a serious problem. I have been a witness of several friends and family who had suffered because of it. It is good to be aware that this exists so that we will know how to handle it.

Everyone experience stress, it is our response to something that needs our attention or action. We also have different approach or the way we respond to stress varies.

Stress is really something that we should deal with otherwise we will suffer the consequences.

You have mentioned great things to do to combat stress, just like when challenges and trials or problems comes our way we should deal with it positively, we should always remember that God will never give us problems that we cannot bear.

Aside from those you've mentioned, it is also good to engage into any physical activity, it acts as a stress reliever.

When we pray we also meditate or try yoga, and as simple as laugh more, connect with others and even get enough sleep could help someone to get away from stress.

And why we should get away from stress? Because stress is the cause of a lot of health problems. When we are under stress our body is weak. So there's no way we can get away with it, I mean we should face stress and do our best to overcome it.
