REMEDIES TO RELIEVE A HEADACHE

The headache is annoying pain all come to suffer and pain that often hinders quality of life. There are different types from mild to the most strengths as a migraine.

Headache are consequences of internal changes as the blood pressure, hormonal changes, the ph of the blood, or levels of glucose and outer ones have to do with agents such as light intensity, temperature, sound, or the wind, i.e., that which can be perceived through the senses.

There are measures that we can use to prevent the headaches as s follow schedules and sleep routines , do at least four meals a day, exercise aerobic moderately and avoid certain stimuli, such as light or sound.
