Funny story, Russian government forces teenagers to go to military

So in Russia, teenagers who didn't get accepted to University or College are forced to join military for one year, and most of the people don't want to go. But before that, they have to pass medical tests like to check your body and eyes. A lot of them try to fake that there is something wrong with them. So there was one guy, who was waiting to get his eyes checked, and doctor was siting 2 metres away from him, signing up some documents, and after that he told the guy to look on board and say which letters he can't see.
And the guy replied " Who is there??
