Supuestamente aquí existe, pero será cierto, porque viendo lo que está sucediendo estos últimos días parecería que no. Muchas personas no están de acuerdo con que revisen sus teléfonos celulares para ver conversaciones o ver si están conspirando contra el gobierno de turno. Es difícil pensar simplemente eso, igualmente no pueden hacerlo sin una orden porque sería un delito, pero como aquí las leyes se cumplen a veces y a conveniencia pues es más complicado asegurarse de estar a salvo. En mi caso nunca hago comentarios referente a políticas por chats privados, pero estoy en grupos donde a veces hay gente que no le importa y comentan de todo y eso causa problemas.
Voy a poner el caso de un grupo de la universidad donde muchos estudiantes días posteriores a las elecciones comentaron de todo por el grupo, algo que no debieron es cierta forma porque el grupo no tiene esa finalidad para empezar por ahí, pero como uno convence a +150 estudiantes a que no lo hagan, es prácticamente imposible y no se puede poner el grupo para chat de administradores nada mas porque entonces arman un llantin. El caso, había gente afecta al gobierno que se tomó el tiempo de tomar capturas de pantallas a todo el grupo y luego amenazar por privado a los estudiantes.

Es terrible que se amenace gente por opinar distinto. Más terrible me parece cuando lo que se amerita es un debate, uno en que se den pruebas materiales y argumentos de cada lado para poder llegar a un entendimiento.
Hace teimpo, en una conversación con un amigo, él me aseguraba que una Ley sin fuerza coercitiva para aplicarse es una cosa inútil, y una fuerza coercitiva sin ley es un desastre terrible. Yo le pregunté entonces que le parecía una ley con fuerza militar que le respalda, pero que se aplica según un criterio subjetivo de quien gobierna. Él me respondío que eso era la realidad cotidiana de muchas personas en varios países del mundo.
La respuesta de mi amigo me dejó un poco fuera de sitio, porque sentí que tenía mucha más razón de la que me gustaría que tuviera.
