Here's our entry for the Day 100 #freewrite challenge. I chose option 3 and partnered with @svashta.

Here are the rules for option 3:

  1. Each freewriter writes a 5 minute freewite.
  2. Exchange the freewites.
  3. Write 5 more minutes on the partners freewrite and finish the story.

I wrote the first part of the piece below...

It was Saturday morning, a chilly one. Leon was sitting outside on the porch, feeling the cold biting him. He can’t do anything about it though. Even the annoying fly on his nose he can’t shoo away. He needs Myrna to do everything for him now. After the accident, he can only move his head.

He wish Myrna would be quick because he’s losing his wits right now as the fly is about to move into his nostrils. The fly is more annoying than the chilly weather.

What’s taking Myrna so long?

@svashta wrote a quite interesting second part of the story here.

Thank you for reading!

I'll get right on it!
But this setting just calls for a brutal story.. So please don't be surprised if something bad happens. :3

Oh, my. I'm excited. :D

Where is she? Myrna, what are you thinking??
so glad you are giving this a try :)

Looks like Myrna got her hands full. :D Thank you @marrianewest for giving us minnows a chance to get our pieces out there. I've probably said it on every comment, I had fun doing this.
