Cake:

Preparation:

  1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients into a dough, put them on a table full of flour and quickly knead. Wrap in foil and put it in the fridge for 30 minutes.

  4. Roll out the cooled dough and cut out two wheels with a diameter slightly larger than the diameter of the tartalet. With circles, cover the apples and press the excess dough at the edges of the mold. Add the tartlets to a preheated oven at 200 ° C and bake for 30 minutes.

5.Also cover the hot tart with a saucer and turn it upside down. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
