Grapefruit with Salt

I tried this and it is very good. I think it might be a southern thing, but regardless, NPR has a great write-up on the science and history behind salting grapefruit.

    This seems crazy,... I'm going to have to try it sometime (I don't usually like grapefruit because its too sour but maybe this will change that!). I also didn't know that it was a hybrid originally. Interesting!

      Yeah, be careful, it doesn't take too much salt!
