Ingredients on the form 20-23 cm:
Basis
chocolate sugar cookie 250 grams
butter 120 grams

Filling
soft cottage cheese without additives (it's a quark) 700 grams
eggs 3 pcs
fat cream (30% and above) 100 ml.
sugar 150 grams
Raspberry 250 grams

We prepare the basis. Cookies are cut into small pieces.

Add the melted butter, stir until the fatty crumb.

Put it in the form and straighten the bottom and the walls.

Put in an oven preheated to 160 degrees and bake for 10 minutes. Take out and chill out. We do not turn off the oven. For stuffing cottage cheese mix with sugar. One by one add eggs, mixing well after each. Pour the cream and stir again. The mass will be quite liquid, but do not be scared - it's normal.

Add the curd stuffing to the base. From above put raspberry.

We send it to the oven. At the bottom of the oven, place a container with boiling water. Bake about 1 hour. The dough for readiness here will be like with a cheesecake - when you tap a spoon on board, the jar must only be the middle of the pie. Turn off the oven, open the door and let the cottage cheese stand for another 30 minutes. Take out and chill to room temperature, then put in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours, and better at night. The finished cottage cheese is cut into portions and served.
