Materials

Flower Fat Milk 500 ml, one tablespoon of ghee, sugar 1 to one and a half cups, Semai one and a half cups, cashew nuts cooked 7/8, wood blanched 8/9, pistachios 8/9, cardamom 4, raisins one tablespoon, 2 teaspoons
Recipe

Drain the fries in the frying pan. Take down the golden color. Sour almonds, wood nut, pistachios, and raisins all in one pan for 3/4 minutes.

Milk in the saucepan. If it is blossom, let the milk thicken for 8-10 minutes. Mix sugar in milk. How much sugar will be given depends on how many dates and juices are used. Sugar quantity should be lowered if the dates and raisins more.

Pour this mixture into a bowl of milk and keep it for 8-10 minutes. Semai and milk become glue.

Turn off the stove with dried fruit and cardamom. If you use dried dates, keep it in the water all night. The dates will be soft.

Serve hot with frying or refrigerate, and serve cold. Sapphire, pink petals or dried fruit can penetrate the grains.
