(King of durian)

A few weeks ago my dad bought some durian home. The durian was very very fresh and smells good. My whole family loves durian except my brother. He don't like the smell of the durian and hates to eat durian. When we are eating the durian at the living room he was eating bread by himself. Some people like my brother doesn't like durian but some people like me loves it.

We have eaten the King of durian. In penang the king of durian is call "Mao Shan Wang". It's a Hokkien name. People loves to eat it. It's more delicious then any other durian. It's juicy and creamy.

My baby brother loves the durian too. He eat lots of durian. But we must drink a lot of water after eating the durian or else you'll get sick.

Another type of durian we ate is Tropical. The name of the durian is Tropical. The shape of it is not the same but delicious.

The seed of it is brown in colour. It's very soft. You can bit it also but it's not edible. Some people will plant it with the seed. But it usually use up to 10 years to have durians.

When we are enjoying our durian, suddenly it blackout. The power is gone. The power failure made us ate our durian in the dark. It's quite a good experience though. Eating durians in the dark with torchlights. After that we finished our durian. We took a durian shell and pour some water and salt to drink it. Because it help us reduce the smelly durian smell inside our mouth. Not 100% helps us reduce it but at least a bit so people who don't love durian beside you can't smell it.

What a strange fruit. You talk about the smell but no idea what it tastes like. Love to know. Interesting post. X

It taste creamy and juicy. Some durians taste sweet some taste bitter. I like bitter more than sweet. Different types of durian different taste and texture.

Suppose it is a bit like the custard fruit you can get in Spain. Interesting. X
