Pie with cottage cheese and cherries

Butter 350 g
Frozen cherry 400 g
Sugar 1,5 cups
Vanilla sugar 1 teaspoon
Egg chicken 3 pieces
Cottage cheese 9% 500 g
1 tablespoon cocoa
Sour cream 100 g
Wheat flour 3 cups
Baking powder 1 teaspoon

  1. 250 g of cold butter to grate.

  2. Eggs divided into yolks and squirrels.

  3. Sift flour and add to it 1/2 cup of sugar, grated oil, yolks, baking powder, cocoa and sour cream.

  4. Knead the dough, then divide it into 2 parts and put it in the refrigerator for an hour.

  5. Melt the remaining 100 g butter, pour into cottage cheese and beat with a mixer until smooth.

  6. Separately whip the whites with a glass of sugar and vanilla sugar. Gently mix them with cottage cheese, add cherry.

  7. Lubricate the round form with oil and evenly distribute 1 part of the dough in it.

  8. Put the cottage cheese with the cherry on the dough.

  9. Grate the second part of the dough on top of the filling.

  10. Put the form in a pre-heated to 180 C oven for about 50 minutes.

  11. Remove the prepared pie, cool and serve, cut into portions.
