Hello Steemians.
I can't exercise on Sunday and Monday.....

Below shows exercising for today

  1. stretching
  2. plank for 5 minutes and 34 second dividing into 3 times
  3. push up 20 times
  4. exercise with 5 kg dumbbells 40 times
  5. riding a bicycle for 20minutes with 1 step intense and 2 step intense respectively
  6. running for 10 minutes
