Ahead big day of idul fitri

Welcoming 1 Syawal (Idul Fitri), the people of Aceh Barat Daya Regency (Abdya) or in the south west region of Aceh, carrying out the meugang tradition.
Related to this matter, Regent Abdya, Akmal Ibrahim has issued a circular which stipulates the implementation of the day meugang fall on Thursday (14/06/2018), welcoming Idul Fitri 1439 H / 2018 M.
While the schedule of determination of 1 Shawwal (Eid) 1439 H / 2018 M remains guided by the Government's Decree in this case the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia.
The decision was contained in the Circular Letter of Abdya, number 450/68/2018 dated June 6, 2018, signed by Regent Akmal Ibrahim.
Circular addressed to all local sub-district heads, exempted among others Chairman of DPRK, Dandim 0110, Kapolres, and Kajari Abdya.
As usual, the day of Meugang was held on Thursday, marked by massive slaughter of buffalo and cattle slaughter by traders to meet the demand for meugang meat that jumped dramatically.
Slaughtering activities of buffalo and cattle are mainly concentrated in riverbanks (krueng) Beukah, Blangpidie Sub-district.
At this location, hundreds of livestock will be slaughtered Thursday morning to meet the demands of the people who come from various parts of the area.
In addition, there are locations of slaughter of cattle in small quantities, such as Teungku Peukan Field, Manggeng Sub-district, Tanjung Bunga, Tangan-Tangan Sub-district, and Krueng Babahrot, Babahrot Sub-district.
