Poh cakra nyoe meumakna meusenda gurau sesama kawan sejawat (yang ubit ta hargai dan yang tuha tahormati).
Proh cakra biasa terjadi ditempat umum seperti warung kupi maupun jambo2 tempat perkumpulan sesama (anak2 muda sesama anak muda bgitu juga orang tua dan anak2 remaja)
Mereka saling melimpar bahan candaan asalkan jangan mebgupat, itu adalah syarat khusus.
