Thanks @dana-edwards, I am one of those "normal" users that don't know anything about coding, and your post is very understandable for me, I am hoping the $5.00 becomes a reality, for me, living in South Africa, my account is already worth a lot of money, and can make a real difference to me in the future.

It's because of people like you that I want to see Steemit become successful. I see so many moms that have a hard time finding employment while raising children, it is a full-time job in itself and a commendable one. I am grateful that growing up my mom chose to be a stay at home mom for the most part. She could have worked but we would have missed out on some of the amazing experience. If she would have had an experience it would have been a game changer, earning a little extra money to travel and see grandchildren across the country.
