¿Te pueden impedir la entrada en el cine con tus propias palomitas?
Alto, claro y sin matices: el dueño de un cine o la empresa que lo gestiona NO te puede impedir entrar en la sala para ver una película con un alimento que lleves contigo. Si los cines permiten comer snacks, aperitivos y palomitas de maíz a los espectadores, da igual la procedencia de estos. A pesar de que las salas intentan transmitir mensajes que sugieren su prohibición, no existe ninguna normativa que la avale. De hecho, un espectador que asistió a ver una película en un cine propiedad de Cinesa al que intentaron impedirle entrar con palomitas reclamó a Consumo, y la empresa del cine fue sancionada y multada con 6.000 euros.
