Sarciadong isda ( Tilapia )

Sarciadong Tilapia is one of my favorite dish. Yum yum yum !!

INGREDIENTS:

• 2 whole Tilapia (cleaned)
• 4 cloves garlic
• 1 onion (diced)
• 2-3 pcs tomatoes (diced)
• 3/4 cup water
• 1 egg (beaten)
• 1 tbsp Fish Sauce (Patis)
• cooking oil

HOW TO COOK SARCIADONG TILAPIA:

  1. Pan fry the Tilapia and set aside after
  2. In a separate pan, saute garlic, onion and tomatoes.
  3. Add water and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the beaten egg & fish sauce. Cook for for atleast 3 minutes.
  5. Add the Tilapia and cook for 5 minutes.

Serve hot and Enjoy!
