I have been building a portfolio of every coin and I think other people would benefit from this if it could be done easily. So I propose that we setup a special of wallet and coupled smart contract where you can buy fractions of every coin as a normal user or issue new coins by buying entire blocks of coins and transferring them to the pool. It would be like an (exchange traded index fund)[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Exchange-traded_fund]. Basically we would take funds from users and buy every single coin based on an simple algorithm. coins.png. This would allow for friends and families to group funds together to create their own coin for internal use or to people to trade them publicly.

We will create a special virtual machine that you run on your computer, it will easily create all the wallets for you in the portfolio and buy and sell the funds at market rate to the amount defined. Then it will transfer the funds to the fund address in a block. New software would be developed to allow you to easily manage the wallets. Of course this would create a large amount of transaction fees so it makes sense to group them, it would make sense to buy a large amount at once. Large investors would buy the blocks of coins to create an ECF and then it would traded in whole or part on the market.

In order to invest into the portfolio you would use special wallet software to purchase the portfolio and transfer them in block to fund. One complete set of coins is defined as "creation units" and this will create a new coin that can be traded.
If that coin is cashed out then all the coins will be sold and transferred out, that will return the coin back to the exchange decreasing the supply. All the coins of one type will be uniform and based on a contract definition.

The exchange would then allow for different new contracts to be defined via making a list of coins and a weight as parameters to the contract, each of these sets of parameters would define a new contract type, like a mathematical currying function.

A result of this project will be the creation of a virtual machine image that contains all the wallets needed to run all the wallets needed to participate so that users can run that machine in wallet or mining mode to try and earn coins or hold them.

The result of transfering your coin will be the creation of a gpg signed file that is encrypted to your public key that contains all the wallet passwords to your coins.
