RE: Enjoy What You Do & You Will Be Successful On Steemit

in #community7 years ago

This definitely hits the nail on the head for something I've been pondering over the past few months as I've first watched my husband patiently growing his Steemit account and then as I've had my own. There is a distinct difference between people who post because they're hoping to strike gold or win the lottery and people who genuinely enjoy creating and placing content on the platform and interacting with other people in the process. People who care about other people and are interested in what they are doing will find this whole program and idea much more fulfilling in the long run than people who are simply hoping they can quit their job and retire early based on snapping a few photos and begging for upvotes. Like anything else, Steemit requires time, effort, persistence and personal investment (meaning, the investment of your personality and attention).

That pretty much sums it up for anyone who is new or expects to get rich soon on Steemit. Most importantly, posting what you like creating consistently(and also liked by readers!) gets you moving ahead at a brisk pace.
