All drugs are dangerous period. All drugs can be addictive. Legal status of drug does not determine a persons choice to use it or not. Prohibition gifts the drug trade to organised crime. All drugs should be part of a regulated market with all the proper controls in place to give adults the information necessary to decide on assessing the risks associated with said drug of choice and wether they are worth taking. The vast majority of humans who use any type of drug do so without becoming addicted or needing to go into drug treatment. The problem is not which drug is worse for you, the problem is the draconian laws that allow the state to sanction one substance over another as to what an individual may wish to put into their own body.
