We were not taught how to love ourselves. The priority of love and count has always been given to others. The basis of being a personality person is to love himself first.
Otherwise, it is at the discretion of others to receive love. If someone gives love, we get it, if it doesn't, we're crashing, motivated by the discretion of others, we're collapsing if we're not appreciated.
