Smog Check

Hi friends,

In California, older vehicles are subject to a smog test every few years. I have an old truck, which is running well, but which has an error code in the system which is making it not even eligible for the smog test.

I am getting an “evap” yellow light - I have tried a lot of tricks, including replacing the gas cap, but to no avail. Guess I will need to take it in for service or just take it to the scrap yard and put it out of its misery.
