Is Your Business Structured for Optimal Performance?

Every business has an organizational structure. Sometimes it evolves haphazardly, and sometimes you design it deliberately. However, most of the time structure is a blend of the two. Regardless of how your structure came to be, its effect on your business is huge. At every stage, your organization’s structure will either enhance or hinder your business’s movement forward. Well-designed organizations foster communication, improve productivity, encourage innovation, and create environments where people can work effectively.

Solo female travelers often pay more to be safe on the road. Paying less for safety is certainly novel, and if Overnight can get enough female-friendly listings onto its platform, that could be promising.

I think that for a business to perform at its best I t should be shown direction of where yoou would like it to go then at the growth stage just let it grow as big as it can possibly be

This is great! Glad I found you guys @bookingteam.com

i want to cook in 20 different kitchens. i love food!!!!

I agree that people who are actually very serious about runing a vacation rental business need to delegate their tasks. Running all the properties yourself is indeed very time consuming and if one tries to do so, he or she will quickly reach the ceiling above which it will be impossible to get unless one starts delegating.

Hence it's indeed better for a business owner who already has experience in owning rental properties to find a subcontractor who will take care of all the calls, reservations, cleaning and etc.

I have a question.. What in your opinion is better.. Vacation rentals or apartment building rentals?

It totally depends on the area. Both villas and building rentals do fine. However in a building it is important to get consent from your neighbors as they may experience some inconvenience at times if guests are noisy. Steem on!

It's true. It all depends on the area. I suppose anything can be a great investment, it just depends on the circumstances.. I also posted my latest post on wealth at around the same time you replied :P Chat soon and Steem on!

Thanks for sharing this, @bookingteam.com!

Having worked for both a company that blew up (in a good way) over night, and for a massive organization that was as slow to make a turn as a cargo ship, I definitely agree that "an organization’s structure will either enhance or hinder your business’s movement forward".

It's really frustrating when you can't move forward just because of the bureaucracy of the organization you work for!

The Overnight homesharing platform looks promising. As a man, I don't always think of the safety concerns women have while traveling. But they are very real. Great that technology is used to increase their safety!

Spectacular post, I'm already a big fan of your articles.

Thanks for all of this good info
