Betting It All On BITCOIN... Would You?

One of the biggest complaints of bitcoin that I have heard is that it isn't stable enough to become a viable replacement for current regulated currencies. If the U.S. economy dropped 18% the world would be in a frenzy... however there are still those investing large amounts of money, time, and energy into it...

I have a this friend, let's just say his name is Carl. Carl believes that bitcoin is going to be the biggest company in the next 5 years. He believes this so much, he pulled out a $350,000 mortgage to buy into bitcoin...

Now, I how no doubt that block-chain technology has a huge future ahead of it, nonetheless how many business that spear head a niche, are still around today?

How many people are still using myspace?

I have no question it is profitable to invest in now, yet how much would you invest in long term? I think we have to invest start, and invest into the future. Quick flips are possible now, but for how long?

I would invest in the innovators of crypto-currencies, not the spotlight...

Would you pull out a mortgage to invest in Bitcoin?
