I believe this is what's happening in the crypto market, as a matter of fact, not only crypto market but the whole stock market in general. Someone hears a rumor, it gets changed and then changed again, and we have a huge crash or a huge spike.
if you've got a level head (and some balls,) then recognising it for what it is means you could probably make some cash, though!
