Autocratic society syndromes (diseases) in daily life

Syndromes described below could be found in democratic countries also because democratic countries are still in a procedure of achieving true democracy. Present democratic countries holding autocratic families, govt. and business organizations, secretariat, armed forces etc. The world still is in a primary stage of journey to democracy. Let’s see the autocratic society syndromes:

  1. Merit and obedience are main reason of remain in power and holding leadership. Merit need not be always actual merit but leaders always have to pretend to be meritorious and use their all force and abilities to prove true what they make assumptions and what they take decisions.

  2. More and more assumptions and experiments, less and less discussions.

  3. Obedience is preferable to love. Who loves he is considered as fool.

  4. Leaders always watch different thing what people generally perceive (for solving an issue).

  5. More and more spy and flatterers.

  6. Less and Less trust. So less and less successful join venture.

  7. To judge a person his actions become preferable to his words, his words and actions are less important compared to spy provided information.

  8. Spread of corruption, increased violation of law.

  9. More and more organizations for deceiving people.

  10. Might is right. World is a War-field, survival of the fittest.

  11. Leadership becomes burden for an organization.

  12. He is more honorable to me who can lead more luxurious life or is holding a respectable position compared to him who could not or did not do so but has more contribution or still contributing to the society, even in my life.

  13. More and more classified society.

  14. Election turns into battle field. Selection is considered better than election.
    
  15. Leaders are considered as dignified people.

  16. Criminal are considered as weapon of power, people keeps good relationship with criminals for security.

  17. Unexpressed ungratefulness converts in to a grate weapon for deceiving a person.

  18. Cheaters are considered as meritorious people.

  19. In every situation some people work in favor of cheaters and criminals.

  20. People want maximum gain from minimum extra merit (or really foolishness)

  21. Difference of opinions is considered as disrespect, disobedience or enmity.

  22. People become easy victim of common human tendencies.

  23. Organizations require typed persons, for example who is softhearted; he will always be the same. Who is dangerous, he will always be dangerous.

  24. A mediator wants to listen from a powerful person first.

  25. Mediation hampers by one side provided information and assumptions that take the form of decision and prestige matter for that side (if proved wrong).

  26. Different parts of an organization holding contradictory cultures.

  27. People want to find fault of others, not with a purpose of informing and rectification, just to be important and superior to others (by secretly spreading them).

  28. A lot of unwritten duty and expectations exist that goes against weak part of a conflict. Powerful part describes them as their own way. They describe themselves as victim(under those unwritten issues) to legitimate an attack, violence or crime against weak part.

  29. A quality is rewarded under one story; same quality is considered as offense and punished under another story. Both story stays at a time and people remain unconscious.

  30. A person can be punished by another person for an offense (actually quality) that exits in both. Difference is punished one faced a situation where another had no experience.

  31. Showing disrespect becomes means of getting information/explanation about unknown question or accountability.

  32. People of an organization might fight against one another for this reason that each or any of them might know partial truth about a conflicting matter.

  33. If I receive love and sincerity from a person I actually disrespect then he is fool and I am intelligent.
