Art is
I spent a solid day today making things and had quite a few big thoughts. I tried to put together a video with one thought that I felt was particularly powerful for me. Here goes nothing! - Art is a tool I use to help redefine hard experiences and is a way for me to Add beauty to my life. No matter how challenging an experience may be art allows me to create beauty out of all my emotional struggles. My art shows me the way to self- empowerment and freedom.

Aw thanks julia! It's been fun to be on here! I've been so busy with all the projects I have on the go that I haven't had a chance to enter one of your contests yet. I want to though, And yes! I will slip one of your tracks in, would love to try that out. thanks for the suggestion!
